Weightloss update: 4/15/09

Food: horrible. I was going high on points before getting home, starving while sitting in traffic, so I snacked from the emergency supplies and then we ended up going out to dinner with Dina. (Which was awesome and so worth it!)

Exercise: good, 20 minutes moderate!

Sounds like it's time to change your emergency supplies to apples! Allow yourself one bad day...they happen...but keep it up. You CAN do it. You are a strong and determined person.

Glitches happen - accept them, forget them & keep going. If I can do this (I usually have NO willpower at all!) I'm sure you can too. :0)
